Sun, Sea and Serenity:
A Women's Weekend Yoga Retreat
for Relaxation and Rejuvenation
Friday, April 25th-Sunday, April 27th 2025
Holden Beach , NC
Let’s be honest, as women, we’re juggling a lot.
Work, managing the house, keeping up with relationships. If you have kids, it’s endless laundry, dishes, meal planning, appointments, and so on.
Then there’s the mental load—making sure everyone’s taken care of, anticipating needs, and worrying.
You’re exhausted, burnt out, and craving a break. For once, you just want someone to take care of you.
Lots of retreats are packed with activities like hiking, zip-lining, tours, motivational talks, and masterclasses.
But this isn’t that kind of retreat.
This one’s all about slowing down, resting, resetting, and finally filling your own cup.
A quiet beach, the ocean, the breeze, and your breath. What could be better?
This retreat is your chance to set down the physical and mental burdens, let yourself be taken care of, and return to your life feeling relaxed and grounded.
“I’m so grateful for the spaces you’ve created to let women heal, gather and be. The retreat was outstanding, thank you!”
Our Home for the Weekend
Grandview is a spectacular home that offers views of the beach or saltwater marsh from every single window in the house!
The decks on both sides of the home provide plenty of space for watching the sunrise or sunset while enjoying the wildlife in the saltwater marsh on one side of the house or ocean views on the other. We are in a private gated community, and the beach access is directly across the street.

Absolutely. I am a certified prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher, and will help you adapt the poses to your unique needs. If you need to pump, there are plenty of spaces in the home where you can pump in privacy, if that is your preference. No one needs you to pump in privacy if you prefer to remain with the group. The kitchen has plenty of room for milk storage.
No. Transportation to and from our location is not included in the price of the retreat. You are responsible for organizing your transportation and any incurred costs.

When you request a room, let me know you don't have a preferred roommate. I will pair you with someone.
If we are unable to match you with another participant, you will need to upgrade to a private room at 50% reduction of the cost increase for the price of a single occupancy room, thus securing a single occupancy room at a price point halfway between a single and a shared room.
