Absolutely. I am a certified prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher, and will help you adapt the poses to your unique needs.
No yoga experience required. I will offer lots of options and modifications to suit varying levels of ability.
Yes! The kitchenette is equipped with a full-size refrigerator where you can store your milk, and a sink with hot water where you can wash your pump parts.
No, the price of the retreat is fixed, regardless of your level of participation.
No. A simple breakfast, a catered lunch, and snacks will be provided to you. You're welcome to bring your own food if you prefer. There is plenty of storage available in the refrigerator if you bring your own food.
Vegan and vegetarian lunch options will be available.
Parking is limited. Please carpool if you are planning to come as a group.
Yes. Swimming in the pond is strictly prohibited. Smoking on site is strictly prohibited. You may not bring or use firearms, fireworks, and glitter/confetti on the property.
