How To Heal After Birth with Yoga
The first 2-6 weeks after giving birth are incredibly important when it comes to your healing, and yoga offers many movements that are not only safe, but helpful for healing your body.
I have designed a 25-minute yoga practice designed to help your body recover during the first 2-6 weeks after birth.
This practice will:
➡Gently strengthen your abdominal muscles
➡Restore balance to your pelvic floor
➡Strengthen your glutes
➡Reduce tension in your neck, shoulders and upper back
